Interior Sealing is designed for dispensing constant-volume sealer on body surface by automatic transfer of sealer at sealing process after welding of various parts in car production line, which is aimed to prevent leakage by heat-hardening of sealer when passing thru paint dry-oven after dispense sealer with exclusive equipment in order to secure anti-leakage of body welding part, anti-corrosion, anti-vibration, anti-heat dissipation and body panel reinforcement.
In order to obtain lowered-viscosity state, heat is applied at working temperature of PVC Sealer, pumping and controlling of flow rate are followed. After dispensing (Flat Stream) on applied parts, it is needed to turning back to the original high-viscosity state, and heat-hardening at painting dry-oven.
