Summary

Sealing Vision System(DMV300/400/500) is designed for quality verification system judging sealer shortage or non-shortage, defect dispense in real-time by using exclusive program gaining with real-time working image of high-speed dispense by means of camera, illumination and PC. Various illumination and checking tools are available for sealer quality inspection of varied colors, and 2 cameras enable to acquire wide angle photograph, excellent application.

Measurement

Using the RGB information of the reference image, the system detects the width of the sprayed sealer using the number of pixels after the inspection area has been set within the image and the color information.
