Hemming Sealing

Summary

Hemming Sealing is designed for panel adhesive and anti-corrosion reinforcement by heat-hardened sealer when passing through painting dry-oven after dispensation of Hemming Sealer on Hemming joint area by using exclusive Sealant Equipment.

Process

In order to obtain lowered-viscosity state, heat is applied at working temperature of Structure Adhesive, pumping and controlling of flow rate are followed. After dispensing on applied parts, it is needed to turning back to the original high-viscosity state, and heating-hardening at painting dry-oven.
