BPR Sealing

Summary

BPR(Body Panel Reinforcement) Sealing is designed for anti-vibration and panel reinforcement by heat-hardened sealer while passing through painting dry-oven after dispensation of sealer on the weakened areas of the panel by using exclusive Sealant Equipment.

Process

In order to obtain lowered-viscosity state, heat is applied at working temperature of Structure Adhesive, pumping and controlling of flow rate are followed. After dispensing on applied parts, it is needed to turning back to the original high-viscosity state, and heating-hardening at painting dry-oven.
