Summary

This system is a quality inspection system that utilizes camera, illuminations, and PC to acquire real-time operation image of the sealer when applying Mastic & spot sealer. It also uses a dedicated program to determine width and height of the sealer, position, under / over, coating existence, and defective dispense.
