Summary
This system inspects the application of sealer applied to vehicle glass area. Immediately after the application of sealer, it is scanned at high speed with laser to acquire real-time profile, and it is possible to check the dispense amount by calculating the width and height of sealer. It is also a device to prevent vehicle defects by preventing the leakage of sealer.
