Roof Ditch Sealing Inspection Vision (DMV-RD100)

Summary

This system calculates robot’s revision amount after measuring a position of vehicle using Camera, Illumination, line laser, PC, Scan Sensor and transmits deformation amount to robot. It also inspects and determines sealer width, coating height, deflection, dirt, overflow, short, surface wrinkle and pore in real-time.
